"We change our menu regularly" says Scott Tracey, owner and chef of Mudgee's famous fully licensed restaurant "Wine Glass Bar & Grill" - "Cooking only the freshest of local regional produce and taking advantage of the seasons. Our style is truly "Cuisine du Terroir"- local regional cooking.

Our summer menu reflects the beauty and heat of the Tuscan style region in which we live, whilst our winter menus are a compilation of modern and hearty country cooking.

Spring menu's of fresh lamb and fresh local goat cheeses, local olive oils and vegetables come together in a symphony of tastes.
