We have several different room options but all have one common ingredient – luxury!

    Tariff from $155 to $230 per night.

    Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen Bed only
    Tariff from $175 to $250 per night.
  • Deluxe Queen Rooms - 2
    Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Double sofa bed
    Tariff from $195 to $275 per night.
  • Ground Floor Deluxe Queen & Disabled access room – 1
    Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen bed and 1 Double sofa bed
    Tariff from $195 to $275 per night.
  • Deluxe Double Suite – 1
    Bedding Configuration: 1 Double bed
    Tariff from $195 to $275 per night.
  • Luxury One Bedroom Apartment – your luxury home away from home.
    Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen bed and 1 Single sofa bed
    Tariff from $250to $330 per night.
  • Luxury Two Bedroom Apartment – luxury to share with some friends or family…
    Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen beds only
    Tariff from $330 to $440 per night. (Price is for 1 couple. Extra adults charged @ $66.00 per head)

Additional Charges:

As we are a small establishment, any additional costs incurred due to breakage or removal of items from rooms cannot be covered in the nightly tariff.  Therefore, it will at times be necessary to apply additional charges to guest accounts.

Should it become necessary to carry out cleaning outside of regular housekeeping duties, an extra charge of $50 – $100 will apply (depending on the nature of cleaning required).

Extra cleaning due to smoking in rooms will incur an additional charge of $200, due to the specialised cleaning required.  Removal of bottle opener/corkscrew from room will be charged at $25, and removal of all tea/coffee will incur a charge of $20.

Mini-Bar items not declared will be charged at normal cost.  Charges associated with breakages will be at discretion of management.

If for any reason the room is unable to be sold the following nights due to the condition it was left in, management reserves the right to charge the customer, for loss of revenue.
